Our client – a long-standing main contractor we’ve worked with on many occasions – required an interior decorating company capable of delivering finishes at the highest level.
Quality, trust, and timing were essential. The project involved both interior and exterior work happening simultaneously, with a tight schedule.

The Main Challenges
Achieving a luxury-level smooth finish across all walls and ceilings – with delicate roller texture and subtle brush marks – a task that demands exceptional skill and care.
Working around original historical features such as staircases, windows, and covings.
Maintaining the schedule while coordinating with other trades and the ongoing exterior renovation.
Scope of Interior Decorating Works
- Skimming and smoothing of walls and ceilings with resins, fillers, and reinforced tape for crack prevention.
- Painting of walls and ceilings using washable emulsion paints from Farrow & Ball, according to the interior designer’s specification.
- Detailed decoration of covings and trim, carried out with absolute precision.
- Full woodwork restoration – including windows, doors, frames, and handrails – using Farrow & Ball Eggshell.
- Several windows required full stripping of interior paint, resin application, and repainting from scratch.
- The historic staircase was carefully stripped, refinished, and painted to match the elegance of the property.
